Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Bitscopic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in selling to anesthesiologists, preferably with experience working with the Veterans Health Administration (VA). As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating sales opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and target anesthesiologists within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, practice managers, and procurement professionals.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to generate new leads and opportunities.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assess their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to track lead interactions, update customer information, and generate reports on sales activities and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to contribute to product development and sales strategy refinement.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in sales or business development, with a focus on selling to healthcare professionals, particularly anesthesiologists.
Familiarity with the Veterans Health Administration (VA) healthcare system and experience selling to VA facilities is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and analyze data.
