This is a remote position with a healthcare software company for an infectious disease Clinical Pharmacist with experience in antimicrobial stewardship who will provide support and subject matter expertise to our customers and engineering team; to implement and improve our clinical surveillance software and support customers and users of the software.
This position is available both part-time and full-time. You could start as part-time and transition to full-time.
Responsibilities:

- Provide subject matter expertise and actively participate in the development and/or improvement of our software products; including evaluating and identifying improvements in product features, functionality, and workflow
- Provide forward-thinking ideas that would further improve patient care and benefit our customers through additional functionality for our software.
- Participate fully in product development/improvement processes, including requests, testing, and validation of bug fixes and features
- Perform maintenance functions for products [e.g., Drug/Organism mapping]
- Provide customer service [demo, training, troubleshooting, meetings/calls with customers]
- Support the Research & Development team with clinical subject matter experience in relevant analytics
- Solid interpersonal skills at both the customer and Bitscopic team levels
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Year (PGY1) Residency required; (PGY2) Residency preferred
- Minimum of 3 years inpatient pharmacy experience
- Knowledge of infectious diseases, treatment, and surveillance strategies
- Previous experience in using clinical surveillance software is preferred
- Veterans Affairs inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience in infection prevention is a bonus
Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), required
Licenses:
- A current (active) state license to practice pharmacy is required
Certification:
- Board of Pharmacy Specialist (BPS) Certification, preferred

Compensation
Salary – $120,000-$150,000 / year, paid leave, health, and dental and other benefits.
