Digital Marketing Manager (healthcare software) – remote

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote our healthcare software solutions. You will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and analytics. Your role will be crucial in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our overall business objectives.

What you will do

  • Strategic Planning
    • Analyze and audit past and current marketing efforts to guide strategic decisions.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focusing on digital marketing. 
    • Collaborate with the Sales department to align marketing efforts with the customer journey, optimizing from awareness to decision-making stages.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, as well as emerging technologies in the healthcare sector. 
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Content Creation, SEO, and SEM Management
    • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and manage advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
    • Write an authentic brand story showcasing the company’s journey, team profiles, and customer success stories.
    • Ensure all content, including LinkedIn posts, press releases, and website copy, communicates key messages clearly and aligns with the brand’s tone.
    • Script engaging video content that highlights Bitscopic’s unique selling points.
  • Email Marketing – Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing customers, and drive conversions. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Social Media Management
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. Monitor and respond to social media interactions.
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across digital channels, including social media, blog, whitepapers and case studies, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives incl. social media, SEO, website traffic, 
    • Monitor and measure the success of marketing campaigns across all digital and social platforms.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Public Relations and Media
    • Lead PR initiatives, including writing and distributing press releases to healthcare and technology media outlets.
    • Pitch company success stories to relevant platforms, including government healthcare news outlets.
    • Organize and manage LinkedIn Live events, webinars, and thought leadership panels.
    • Position the company as an industry thought leader by leading discussions on relevant societal issues and trends at industry events and panels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and that campaigns are executed effectively.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in the healthcare or software industry preferred.
  • Experience marketing to Federal agencies.
  • Experience
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising).
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
    • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
